Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC)

The purpose of the Robbinsdale Area Schools Special Education Advisory
Council (SEAC) is to:
  • Advocate for high quality special education programs and services.
  • Advise the school district regarding special education issues.
  • Assist the Directors of Special Education in identifying needs.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication and mutual support among family, school and community.

SEAC members include parents of children with special needs, community members, students and staff members. SEAC meets monthly throughout the school year, generally on the fourth Monday of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Meetings are open to parents and community members.

2010-2011 School Year

  • January 24, 2011
  • February 28, 2011
  • March 21, 2011
  • April 18, 2011
  • May 23, 2011

2009-2010 School Year

All meetings are held at New Hope Elementary in Room 10.
