Special Education at Robbinsdale Area Schools

Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC)

The purpose of Robbinsdale Area Schools' Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is to:

Advocate for high quality special education programs and services.
Advise the school district regarding special education issues.
Assist the Directors of Special Education in identifying needs.
Encourage and facilitate communication and mutual support among family, school and community.

SEAC members include parents of children with special needs, community members, students and staff members. SEAC meets monthly throughout the school year, generally on the fourth Monday of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Meetings are held at New Hope Learning Center, Room 10, 8301 47th Ave. N, New Hope and is open to parents and community members.
